Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged. We recommend trackable shipping for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
